Now setting our sights on autumn training!<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The autumn season kicks off again, and your training schedule has been secured!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The autumn season<\/strong> runs from 1.9.-11.12.2025. A few practice venues have moved as follows:
– Mondays 8.9. – 6.10 (Chen Taiji and Tuishou): Kajaaninlinnantie 10<\/a>  under the shelter behind the parking lot of Liikuntakeskus Puro
– All Wednesday lessons (Weapons, Baji, and Xingyi): Hillerikuja 4<\/a>, at the Hillerikuja unit of Herttoniemen ala-aste <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open training sessions<\/strong> continue outdoors until the start of the autumn season. We still train in Hesperian puisto on Wednesdays from 18:00 to 21:00 and sometimes on Monday evenings. On Sundays, open trainings take place in It\u00e4keskus from around noon. You can arrange open-practice sessions via the existing WhatsApp and Facebook groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last intensive courses of the summer<\/strong> are held 18.\u201321.8. Each intensive lasts two hours (18:00\u201320:00) and costs 25\u20ac\/session. Summer season-pass holders may attend. Venue is at Kajaaninlinnantie 10<\/a>  under the shelter behind the parking lot of Liikuntakeskus Puro. The intensive themes follow the indoor season program:
– Monday: Chen Taiji and Tuishou
– Tuesday: Yang Taiji and Chen Taiji
– Wednesday: Weapons, Baji, and Xingyi
– Thursday: QiGong and Chen 24<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two<\/strong> Tuishou seminars<\/strong> takes place on Sunday 5th & 12th of October from 9:00 to 15:00 and 10:00 to 16:00 respectively at Arabian nuorisotalo<\/a>. The days consists of theory and practice. Under Master L\u00fc\u2019s guidance, participants will practice Tuishou (push hands) techniques from understanding and internalizing the basics to discovering, controlling, and applying internal movement. Seminar fee is 60 \u20ac, both Sundays for 100\u20ac (sign-up will open closer to the dates). Suitable for all levels, as content will be tailored to the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baji ry presents itself <\/strong>in T\u00f6\u00f6l\u00f6 on Saturday 6.9.2025, from 12:00 to 14:00 at the multicultural festival organized by Slurpsn\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00f6 in Mika Waltarin puisto<\/a>. The autumn meeting and Christmas party<\/strong> take place on Saturday 13.12.2025. Venue will be announced later! We’re taking in suggestions (preferably Chinese food as this is master L\u00fc’s preference).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
