Baji Association is organising a Tuishou<\/strong> seminar to introduce the principles of Tuishou under the guidance of Master L\u00fc Baochun<\/strong>. The seminar will take place outside in It\u00e4keskus on a beautiful weekend between the 18th & 19th of May, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHY TUISHOU?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuishou, or push hands, is an exercise in which the fundamentals of movement are explored with a partner. It is suitable for a wide range of practitioners of oriental arts, regardless of tradition. Under Master L\u00fc’s guidance, techniques can be practised from understanding and internalising the basics all the way to discovering, mastering and introducing inner movement: in other words, the seminar is structured according to the student so that everyone can participate, regardless of their starting level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This seminar is sure to have something to offer for everyone, whether you are an experienced practitioner or a newcomer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
