On individual teaching When you teach, do you usually follow the same plan or do you adapt to individuals' needs? We need both. First you need a plan, like a long distance plan for everybody and for each person individually. You need to adapt  to each different person but everybody should follow a plan. So first  it's usually the same plan for everybody and later when you already  know your students you can make individual teaching plans and then  you adapt. < Prev   Next >
