Introduction to Traditional Chinese Martial Arts 2010

Baji Association organizes an event for introducing the martial and health arts taught in the association. It will take place in the German school in the heart of Helsinki on Saturday, August 28th, 14:30-17:30. The program consists of three one-hour sessions (14:30-15:30, 15:30-16:30 ja 16:30-17:30) with 45 minutes of demonstrations and the last 15 minutes reserved for a qigong training session which everyone is invited to participate in.

We will demonstrate Baji, Taiji, Xingyi and Bagua, including pair training and weapon techniques as taught in the association. The participants will also have an opportunity to ask questions and try out the training methods.

Some snacks and good Chinese tea will be served.
